Conventional Plans
This library of home plans is for traditional construction, built on site. The "Stick-Built" technique offers more architectural uniqueness, higher ceilings, varied room layouts and widths. Construction time is between 5 months and one year. We have not built all of these homes, so detailed pricing is not available. Select a plan and discuss with us your finishing needs, i.e. flooring, cabinets, siding, etc. Then, we will give you an estimate.
